UM COTEJO DA TEORIA POLÍTICA MODERNA: UMA ANÁLISE ACERCA DOS INSTITUTOS POLÍTICOS SOB AS PERSPECTIVAS DE JOHN LOCKE, JEAN-JACQUES ROSSEAU, ALEXANDER HAMILTON, JAMES MADISON E JOHN JAY - DOI 10.29327/230731.12.24-9

Resumo

O presente artigo compara como as obras “Segundo tratado sobre o governo”, “Contrato social”, “Discurso sobre a origem e os fundamentos das desigualdades entre os homens” e “O federalista” compreendem alguns institutos políticos, a saber: Direito natural e estado de natureza; Propriedade e trabalho; Contrato social e/ou constituição, Separação dos poderes, Representantes e custos, Excesso de representantes, Magistratura e o Poder Judiciário. Esses temas são candentes nas obras selecionadas e ao confrontá-las confere uma ampla possibilidade de interpretação acerca de modos de fazer mundos. A metodologia utilizada é a ferramenta qualitativa, buscando fazer tais ilações.

Abstract: This article compares how the works “Second Treatise on Government”, “Social Contract”, “Discourse on the Origin and Foundations of Inequalities between Men” and “The Federalist” comprise some political institutes, namely: Natural law and state of nature; Property and work; Articles of Incorporation and / or Constitution, Separation of Powers, Representatives and Costs, Excess Representatives, Judiciary and the Judiciary. These themes are burning in the selected works and, by confronting them, gives a wide possibility of interpretation about ways of making worlds. The methodology used is the qualitative tool, seeking to make such conclusions.
