INDÚSTRIA 4.0: ANÁLISE DO PANORAMA BRASILEIRO E REFLEXOS PARA A BASE INDUSTRIAL DE DEFESA

Resumo

Este artigo objetiva analisar o atual panorama da indústria 4.0 no Brasil, por meio das políticas públicas existentes, e os possíveis reflexos para a Base Industrial de Defesa (BID). A metodologia empregada tem abordagem exploratória, por meio da análise dos documentos governamentais e institucionais e, natureza descritiva, ao relacionar os 5Ps de Mintzberg (1987) com as estratégias elaboradas pelos atores da tríplice hélice no âmbito nacional. Os resultados apontam que na área de negócios, a indústria 4.0 promoverá alguns impactos, como alterações nas demandas dos clientes, novas formas de colaboração e parcerias, e a transformação e conversão dos atuais modelos operacionais em novos modelos digitais, que poderá impactar a Base Industrial de Defesa.

Abstract: This article aims to analyze the current panorama of industry 4.0 in Brazil, through existing public policies, and the possible consequences for the Industrial Defense Base. The methodology employed has an exploratory approach, through the analysis of the documents governmental and institutional, and, descriptive nature, by relating the 5Ps of Mintzberg (1987) to the strategies developed by the actors of the triple helix at the national level. The results indicate that in the area of business, industry 4.0 will promote some impacts, such as changes in customer demands, new forms of collaboration and partnerships, and the transformation and conversion of current operating models into new digital models, that may impact the Defense Industrial Base.
